
Okay, so I understand many of you are curious & irritated over the fact that there is no tracking update. Checking every single day is frustrating. Many of you are thinking about Refund.
Before you apply for refund. Let me give you a suggestion. REFUND is always going to be an option for the next 6 months. You are eligible to apply for refund until December 2020 if your order was placed in June. I hope we don’t actually have to wait that long for our packages. But just so that you know.
Waiting could mean you will get your packages. Its not that bad believe me. I personally am willing to wait for 5 Months 29 days. XD .
Just incase you’ve made up your mind about getting the Refund right now !
Heres how you apply for refund on Shein.
- Visit the Shein website
(General Information: You can only view or visit the website if you are on a WiFi network)
- Login to your account (From which your ordered)
- Click on “Me”
- Click on “Support”
- Click on “Customer Service”
- Click on “Easy Returns”
- Click on “Faulty items received”
- Click on “What if I received a defective item”
- Click on “Manual Service” (it will be in blue colour)
- Click on “Live Chat” (9:30am to 1:30am)
- Then wait for someone from the customer care executive to join the chat. They will send the first message within seconds. You can simply chat & ask them to cancel your order & issue refund.
