So, Mister Wagner, where do I start?

First of all, he's a cybercriminal who's not only raided discord servers, but is a pedo, most likely racist, made a person end themselves, and has harassed multiple people. (Specifically "Kaaatie," creator of the famous animation "Basics in Behavior.")

I'm making this petition because he needs to be locked up for his cyber- crimes. I don't know where he could be, so I might have to get interpol into this, but for now, this is the best I can do.

Please, support the cause, and if you need more proof, I have plenty more.
