Movement To Press Charges

My younger brother refuses to state the teacher, Colin McNally, hurt or caused him fear. Being a young man, it can be hard to admit when someone outdoes you, but a mild concussion and visible anxiety was sustained during the physical altercation. This petition is now a movement to overrule my brothers statement and allow my family to press charges. Thank you all for your support during this chaotic and tedious process, it only takes one to make a difference.
