We, the undersigned, call upon the authorities in Wiener Neustadt to respect the rights of the Suingiu family and to uphold the principles of the rule of law.

Thomas and Rebeca Suingiu were falsely accused in February 2025 of having harmed their child. When Rebeca and the children fled to protect themselves from a forced child removal by the authorities, Thomas was immediately arrested. He spent three months in prison—completely innocent—and was acquitted of all charges (kidnapping his own children and abuse). Nevertheless, the Child Protection Office still refuses to return custody of his children, Noel and Irina.

His wife, Rebeca, is equally innocent. She was forced to flee with the children not to escape justice, but to protect them from incompetent personnel. She wants to be free so that she can present all the evidence proving her innocence and clarify her children’s situation. She is also fighting to regain custody of her children and to be able to live a normal family life again.

The doctors who initially made the diagnoses did not always provide clear or reliable results. Many important aspects were either misinterpreted or insufficiently investigated. Yet, the parents were quickly placed under suspicion.

The family simply wishes to live a normal life again.

It is unacceptable that parents who have been acquitted of all charges continue to be treated as guilty. Every family has the right to fair treatment and to the custody of their children as long as there is no evidence that the children are in danger.

We demand:

The restoration of custody to Thomas and Rebeca Suingiu, as long as there is no proven risk to the children’s well-being.
Fair, transparent, and comprehensible procedures by the Child Protection Office of Wiener Neustadt.
Support for the family so that they can once again live a safe and normal life.

Wir, die Unterzeichnenden, fordern, dass die Behörden in Wiener Neustadt die Rechte der Familie Suingiu respektieren und die Grundsätze der Rechtsstaatlichkeit einhalten.

Thomas und Rebeca Suingiu wurden Februar 2025 fälschlicherweise beschuldigt, deren Kind Schaden zugefügt zu haben. Als Rebeca und die Kinder geflüchtet sind, um sich vor einer Kindesabnahme in Sicherheit zu bringen, wurde daraufhin Thomas gleich festgenommen. Er war drei Monate unschuldig in Haft und wurde in allen Anklagepunkte freigesprochen. (Kindesentführung eigener Kinder und Misshandlung) Trotzdem verweigert das Jugendamt ihm bis heute die Obsorge für seine Kinder Noel und Irina.

Seine Frau Rebeca ist genauso unschuldig. Sie musste mit den Kindern fliehen, nicht weil sie der Justiz entkommen will, sondern um sie vor inkompetentem Personal zu schützen. Sie möchte frei sein, um alle Beweise vorzulegen, die ihre Unschuld belegen, und um die Situation ihrer Kinder aufzuklären. Auch sie kämpft dafür, die Obsorge für ihre Kinder zurückzubekommen und ein normales Familienleben führen zu können.

Die Ärzte, die anfangs Diagnosen stellten, gaben nicht immer klare, belastbare Ergebnisse. Viele wichtige Aspekte wurden nicht interpretiert oder nicht ausreichend untersucht. Dennoch wurden die Eltern schnell unter Verdacht gestellt.

Die Familie möchte wieder ein normales Leben führen.

Es ist nicht hinnehmbar, dass Eltern trotz Freispruch weiterhin wie Schuldige behandelt werden. Jede Familie hat das Recht auf faire Behandlung und auf die Obsorge für ihre Kinder, solange keine Gefahr nachweisbar ist.

Wir fordern:

Die Rückgabe der Obsorge an Thomas und Rebeca Suingiu, solange keine Kindeswohlgefährdung vorliegt.
Faire, transparente und nachvollziehbare Verfahren durch das Jugendamt Wiener Neustadt.
Unterstützung der Familie, damit sie wieder ein sicheres und normales Leben führen kann.

Noi, semnatarii acestei petiții, cerem ca autoritățile din Wiener Neustadt să respecte drepturile familiei Suingiu și să respecte principiile statului de drept.

Thomas și Rebeca Suingiu au fost acuzați pe nedrept, în februarie 2025, că și-ar fi rănit copilul. Când Rebeca și copiii au fugit pentru a se pune la adăpost de o posibilă preluare forțată a copiilor de către autorități, Thomas a fost arestat imediat. El a petrecut trei luni în închisoare, nevinovat, și a fost achitat de toate acuzațiile (răpirea propriilor copii și rele tratamente). Cu toate acestea, Biroul pentru protecția copilului refuză și astăzi să-i redea tutela copiilor săi, Noel și Irina.

Soția lui, Rebeca, este la fel de nevinovată. Ea a fost nevoită să fugă împreună cu copiii, nu pentru a evita justiția, ci pentru a-i proteja de personalul incompetent. Ea dorește să fie liberă, pentru a putea prezenta toate dovezile care îi demonstrează nevinovăția și pentru a clarifica situația copiilor ei. De asemenea, luptă pentru a-și recăpăta drepturile părintești și pentru a putea duce din nou o viață normală de familie.

Medicii care au pus primele diagnostice nu au oferit întotdeauna rezultate clare și sigure. Multe aspecte importante nu au fost interpretate corect sau nu au fost suficient investigate. Cu toate acestea, părinții au fost puși sub suspiciune foarte repede.

Familia își dorește doar să poată trăi din nou o viață normală.

Nu este acceptabil ca niște părinți, achitați de toate acuzațiile, să fie tratați în continuare ca niște vinovați. Fiecare familie are dreptul la un tratament corect și la tutela copiilor săi, atâta timp cât nu există nicio dovadă că aceștia ar fi în pericol.

Cerem:

Restituirea tutelei către Thomas și Rebeca Suingiu, atâta timp cât nu există niciun risc pentru bunăstarea copiilor.
Proceduri corecte, transparente și clare din partea Biroului pentru protecția copilului din Wiener Neustadt.
Sprijin pentru familie, astfel încât să poată duce din nou o viață sigură și normală.

Susține familia Suingiu și arată-ți sprijinul pentru dreptate, stat de drept și drepturile familiei!
