Members of the European Parliament, Council of Europe, and Representatives of the European Union,

We, the students of Georgia, are addressing you today because we believe it’s time for our voices to be heard not just as citizens but as the future of our country.

Georgia is in danger. More and more people, including students, journalists, artists, and activists, are suffering because of the so-called government’s crackdown on those who dare to stand up for what’s right. Imprisonment, torture, and repression are becoming all too common. These are not distant issues; they are the painful reality for many of us. Every day that passes without real support from Europe is another day in which our lives are at risk.

The lack of impactful action from our European allies is having real consequences. Today, we are reaching out to you because we need your help. When Europe doesn’t speak up, it’s not just a political statement it’s one more person locked up, one more voice silenced, and one more future crushed.

In these turbulent times, we will have to face new challenges and overcome the obstacles together. We want you to put our request on the agenda and make it clear that our future matters to you. If Georgia falls, so will Europe
