Well, it's here! Our Congress Representatives, Houston Gaines, 120th District; Leesa Hagan, 156th District and Beth Camp, 135th District have put a bill (HB 583) together and is now in the "House Hopper" (Congressional representatives place bills in the hopper which are then collected by the clerk, numbered, and transferred from the hopper to appropriate congressional committees by the speaker).
