This national tournament is very important to the Wheeler basketball team because if GHSA allowed Wheeler to join, the team would be able to showcase their talent and represent the state of Georgia in a very prestigious basketball tournament. 

Additionally, Wheeler's basketball team is the only team to beat Montverde Academy (the #1 team in the nation) in three years and some of team's achievements are winning the state title and the City of Palms. If the team can win the state championship and also win another famed basketball tournament, then they should be definitely be allowed to participate in another high level basketball tournament.
