Halfway Point

I am humbled by the response to this petition. We need 43 more signatures before this petition will be sent to the Council of Beaver Falls and it's Mayor. Hopefully this petition also raised awareness of how effective TNR is and how it is a better option than cities putting a feeding ban. Thank you all and let's get those last few signatures.
