You have SUCCESSFULLY lobbied the Chancellor into reintroducing the 'Tampon Tax Fund', and have subsequently secured the donation of £3 MILLION to charities that benefit women. Just your average week for a tampon tax campaigner really... As if that wasn't enough, the AMAZING Molly Scott MEP gave us all a 'shout out' during a speech that she made yesterday at the European Union about gendered taxation. She RULES. In her speech, the Green MEP said: "We should not discriminate against women on their periods. No intervention would be complete without a shout out to the tireless tampon tax campaigners in the UK and across the continent. The 'End Tampon Tax' campaign in the UK was phenomenal." AMAZING!
