Hello all 282,328 of you!!!! HUGE NEWS: During a recent interview, Obama announced his support for our fight against tampon tax!! On Friday, the President said that he was 'shocked' when he learnt about tampon tax, and blamed male dominance in politics and policy making for the 'unfair' tax. He also said that it is only 'sensible' to campaign against it. 40 US states currently implement tampon tax, alongside the vast majority of countries worldwide. Let's hope that Obama's views can help us change attitudes and axe tampon tax here in the UK once and for all in 2016. Laura #EndTamponTax
