It’s 2025 and we think it’s high time for people to stop boiling crustaceans alive. 

Millions of crabs, lobsters, and prawns suffer unimaginable pain when boiled alive. This outdated and cruel practice has no justification, and must end. 

We hope you feel the same, and if you live in the UK we are asking you to shout it from the roof tops and urge Steve Reed, Defra Secretary of State, to make this year the year that ban this barbaric practice in the UK. Too many animals have suffered already.
