
AN INTRO TO THE RIGHTS OF FLAT OWNERS TO THEIR HOME.
By a LETTER to my LAWMAKER, my MP,
Now in 2022 soon to be 2023, a number of us do suffer from a deadly plague. It is not cancer , it is not heart failure.It is not the help needed to give to our elderly relatives and for whom some of us wished we could have done more during their life.
We are not in a country at war or being threatened with guns for fun.
We have a recurrent economical crisis that some will fly through while a vast majority will barely make it through.
I do have a profession with a purpose if I could but
No home of mine that would make me feel fine
from the greed and the grabbing of a few that the RULE of Law ought to repulse.
My flat's share of the freehold was paid for my disrepairs and my lease. The landlords took it and said thank you and kept it in their private pocket.
I paid my home in full. Why do I need to fight for 30 years for proper repairs? My lifespan is now reduced to peanuts. In which hole has my paid lease been swallowed into without mentioning the neglected disrepairs ?
Housing rights is one of the plague of the 21st century.
My APPEAL to you for 2022-23.
I. Dear LAWMAKER , after years of disrepairs, in 2004, I set up a “RIGHT TO MANAGE” company to manage the house , the home and nothing else , this is why, “RIGHT TO MANAGE” COMPANY ARE CREATED LAWFULLY , not for private and personal business. BUT it was changed by the alleged new important business landlords as soon as the freehold purchase was done in 2011 and became their private company for their own business and included my home flat .
How can the Rule of law let it happen ?
The landlords told me in 2022 they had problems because of my petition but have they been able to twist some hands like they did before ? And You the lawmakers, how can you let it happen ?
No one thought that people would be as devious as stealing other’s homes .
Why have the changes not been introduced in law yet ? The landlord without shame told me it was the investors who taught them that dirty trick, (how to steal a lease and not do proper repairs).
I AM WAITING FOR THE LAWMAKERS TO ACT thanks to the SUPPORT from the general population
In 2005 I refer to my HOME FLAT disrepairs from 1995 and Mr D.H surveyor’s report given to the landlord related to the bad maintenance of the 2004 building-work and more particularly with reference to my kitchen , the need for proper work on my small roof. He mentioned the defective new window installed too (my fridges could never work in my kitchen because temperatures were off the scale in that room in winter and summer, the landlord said to me in 2017 it was normal) Mr D.H mentioned other damages too. But the next building work would not be done before 2012 and dismissed again the truthful needs of the flat in which I live.
To this day I am waiting for proper repairs and being able to enjoy my kitchen peacefully while the landlord added a flat room in need of repair in 2021 from his flooding into another part of my flat
Now soon to be in 2023, I urge you, MPs and our People living in the UK, Help me get rid of that housing plague or at least immunise us so we can stand up better equipped against these unlawful practices and that all of us can enjoy living in their home. That is not an unreachable task . If it is for you, WHY IS IT ? Without doubt , It is part of the basic request for good health and ability to do good work for the society.
Dear MP and MPs, DO NOT BE FRIGHTENED , THIS LAWFUL REQUEST WILL NOT CHANGE THE WORLD’S ORDER BY BEING ABLE TO LIVE IN A HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER HOME. We or at least I can accept to be considered as a low grade human being ( examples below page ) as long as we can have these Equal Housing Rights . 30 years ago, it would have been so CHEAP and avoiding the present Damages to Mind and Body.
I WAIVE MY RIGHT to LIFE so the Rights of Lease and Repairs in our Home become PART of a HUMAN RIGHT for a Healthy Life. What happened to my last 30 years should never have been permitted and should not ever be permitted for anyone else. Do NOT please tell me again help “Tomorrow” I heard it 30 years ago
STANDING UP FOR BASIC RIGHTS DOES FEEL LIKE A RELENTLESS TSUNAMI WAVE .
WITH YOU HELP, I WON'T GIVE UP BEFORE THE CHANGES OCCUR and are INGRAINED in LAW.
ADDENDUM : REMINDER TO THE unscrupulous LANDLORDS who have not yet replied. Their usual answer is. There are no problems anymore, we looked into it.
II. EXTRACTS from my LETTER to the LANDLORD, freeholder in the update August 2022.( reverse chronology)
In 2021-22 I refer to the flooding again from the flat above mine damaging my ceiling and the floorboards . You were happy to come and repair it after destroying my ceiling some more to avoid disrupting the flat of the important BBC man to find out where the leak came from. I hesitated and accepted on condition that you would deal with all the other disrepairs and damages done by all the heavy work above my flat in 2014-2015 ( flat stripped to bare bricks, floors removal letting me see through my ceiling holes the sky, rooms shifted to different purposes, bedroom becoming kitchen, creating havoc’s to my walls and ceilings…). After that request , I did not hear anymore from you.
I am waiting to be able to have the full use of my room, the earliest the healthier.
In 2020 during Covid , I decided not to give up. Waiting for the requested dialogue with the landlords about addressing the building maintenance and what I am owed from years of your dereliction of duty, I opened an account and asked you for the ethical invoices to be sent to me directly but never heard from you. After nearly 30 years WITH UNMET NEEDS, this is how I chose to stand up and to prevent a dereliction of duty even after my death , and be able to leave what you took from me as my legacy for counteracting actions like those, never ever to happen again.
My life will not feel so wasted for over 30 years.
In 2019 My life was hanging by a thread but I refused to despair. In 2018 I refer you to the heavy building-work in the common hall needed for many years and that caused some added damages in my flat , not unexpected findings, from already damages done in 2014-2015 from the heavy building work in the flat above mine. My flat ends the hall and the last flat goes through mine to reach his flat. In 2018, I will remind you that my ELECTRIC METER became unreachable for me from the position you left it while I understand that your huge meters, 10 times bigger than mine do require a lot of space and perhaps can make these buzzing sounds.

In 2017 I refer you to all the work I did in contacting the National grid and Cadent Gas per your request and you did not take into consideration their findings.
In 2016 with the help of your investors and solicitor from 2014, you tried by any dirty trick possible and available ( threats and lies ) to throw me out of my home , I was at the time, having lost my father a few years ago, trying to cope with my sister for the full care my mother needed for the last 15 years of her life. In 2016 I refer you to Mr I.H surveyor’s report which encompassed the 2012 and 2014-15 disrepairs and damages. To help my flat survive, I did the patchy repairs I could.
I am waiting to hear from you.
In 2014 and 2015, major building works went above my flat , from the important man’s flat. In a small building that was so badly converted into flats that cracks and damages were done to my home-flat and in 2022 are still spreading from the original damages created by the work. My flat was not even Worth a check-up prior to their work and of course certainly not after and why I had so many surveyor’s reports although they were all dismissed .This renovation flat building work’s results were as bad as the situation of my kitchen from 1995 that until then was the non livable part.
DID the PEOPLE IN POWER realise that there was a human being living in that flat from 1995, still waiting to hear from them ?
I was told I can only be a liar by you and your employees to complain about it and why I refer you to Mr C.M surveyor’s report, to Ms H.H surveyor’s reports ( 2x) and I refer you to a last year architecture student's findings .

In 2014, I understood you were taking over my home by the placards you put on my door and in the common hall for your tenants to read.
In 2013, after the next inadequate 2012 building-work, (small reminder, my blocked windows, the kitchen disrepairs, the leak), I will refer you to the solicitor who asked for communication and told me to have faith.In 2013, I refer you to Mr H.T surveyor’s report and my own proposition to do the work in the kitchen even though the duty belonged to you.
I am waiting to have a good, protected kitchen from 1995.
In 2007 my health took a hit for the rest of my life and below what happened from 1998 to 2004
In 1998 the landlord’s tenant signed a letter stating that there was a leak in my kitchen roof. When you became landlord, and associated to the important man, you let my flat down, took the home company for your private business and your solicitor in 2016 told me if I wanted to have a lease , I would need to pay a 6 figure amount. The leak and roof issue was addressed partially for the first time in November 2012 and so badly that I begged to pay for its proper repairs. My request was dismissed and the lease I paid for in 2010 disappeared like the “right to manage the home” company.
From 2000 I refer you to the work and research I did with your signed agreement of the first 10 steps for buying a share of the freehold and the lease for each individual living in this small building, primarily to be able to remedy disrepairs by finally having the right to do so. I am waiting for that to happen . END OF EXTRACTS.

Thank you for your help in changing this existential abuse for all. I WAIVE MY RIGHT to LIFE in exchange for these few RIGHTS to be not only recognised But APPLIED FULLY AND TRULY .
I will never be able to enjoy living in my flat (fully purchased) having been denied quiet enjoyment for so many years and reaching the end of my road but I DO NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE AND WHY THE LAW NEEDS TO PASS to allow me to leave this life in peace. “Tomorrow” will be too late.
A couple of Examples : I was told that I did not speak good English enough and should go and take some classes.
When I wrote a letter I would be asked , who helped you write this letter? They had their sense of superiority towards me and that was to be accepted but they used my trust and belief in their honesty to “ con “ me of all my rights and that cannot be accepted. Lower grade or not , I am still a human being with rights. Thank you for your support to help me change it .
