DO you know that the technology for insulation has been available 

for more than a generation and is not being used or very sparingly for profit excuses ?

DO you know that you can reduce your energy expenses  with repairs done 

with a greater standard of care and with your say ! 

when you acquire the share of the building where your home flat is ? 

DO you know that unfortunately your say and your share can currently be stolen  at no expenses by the landlord by a simple trick left from our medieval laws ? 

This is why the law commission has proposed a change, still not done. 

It is vital that you Sign this petition to allow the disappearance of this law made for the landlord to strip you from your belongings paid with your work.

Do you know that Public health has recommended these better measures for decades and so far , we are reaching a change in our NHS but certainly not a change for the better in our quality of life ? 

These measures mentioned above are part of health maintenance that you yourself can do without my help as a health worker 

These health recommendations are related to quality of life in terms of sounds , light, cold , heat, vibration, pollution of all kinds, and the peacefulness needed to be able to regenerate energy after a busy day…..

e.g during the pandemic I had to shield  and to live with a continual sound and when the lockdown stopped , the landlord went away and I encountered silence and peace finally but then he came back.

The landlord has the benefit of a device giving him peace at home and its backdoor machine , humming, buzzing is for my benefit and disturbs my peace at home. 

I know it should not be permitted by law but the landlord's superiority is embedded in pseudo law for centuries.

e.g In the last 12 years I did some research with regard to sound reduction and found specific acoustic windows but only made in mainland Europe. For the first 6 years I asked our windows makers who denied it being necessary and in the last 6 years it has become slowly available over here . Is it a victory ?

Some staff working in the noise specialist department still advocate the use of installing a water fountain to distract you from traffic noise and pollution. I had scientific information to give to show that today we had other means but realised that it would not be very helpful as the blindfolded staff in charge told me she was not prepared to help more.
