
I’ve been in contact with representatives at the Chevy customer service center for a few months now without getting any answers. They have also started closing my case even though it hasn’t been resolved. I was told that if they don’t hear back from me within 72 hours of them placing a call to me that they automatically close the case. I don’t believe that is actually a policy because initially they kept it open without myself being able to get in touch with anyone for much longer than 72 hours. The Chevrolet customer service representative that has my case seems totally uninterested and annoyed with the fact that I won’t let them keep the case closed until there is finally a resolution. Please keep signing and sharing this petition! The more people who make this an issue, the more GM will hopefully feel pressured to get it resolved!
