Dear Tim
I would like to start by saying let's put the past behind us and move forward.
I was wondering if there is a chance i could meet with you and talk about the old powerhouse smithy and sawmill. In short i am asking if you would let a surveyor come on site and look at these buildings so there is written proof on the state of the buildings. if the town council and others IE future wolverton etc would be willing to meet and work together I would also like it if gemini rail would work as one with us and see if there is ways the buildings could be restored there are ways, we can rise money.
Its really good news about the future of the site and the main site will not be demolished but now is the time to see what can be done with the oldest part of the site. Again, this depends of the report on these buildings.
I think this will be a good thing for the town and the works and a way to bring new money into the business in the long run.
