- Vanavond is het tijd voor onze betoging in Leuven. We hopen jullie te kunnen ontmoeten om 19h30 op het Ladeuzeplein. Er zullen korte speeches zijn van verschillende organisaties, o.a. over de link tussen antifascisme en -racisme en andere strijden. Daarnaast kun je slogans, muziek en heel veel sfeer verwachten. Het weer wordt ook nog eens goed! De betoging wordt gesteund door een breed scala aan organisaties. Meer informatie vind je hier.
- De petitie is al bijna 1000 keer ondertekend! Bedankt allemaal - hopelijk halen we de kaap van 1000 nog voor de betoging begint.
- Ons protest is al enkele keren in de media gekomen. Zie bijvoorbeeld in De Morgen dit artikel waarin de KU Leuven reageert en dit bericht over petitie en betoging, of de reportage van ROBtv. Er is zojuist ook een krachtige open brief van 17 KU Leuven academici verschenen in De Morgen. ‘Racisme en discriminatie ga je bij voorkeur proactief te lijf, en niet reactief’!
