The policewoman who was the senior investigating officer on Nottinghamshire Police's probe into historic child sexual abuse was only working on the operation for one day a week, and inquiry has heard.
DI Yvonne Dales from the Child Abuse Investigation Unit was in charge of Operation Daybreak from July 2011 until June 2015.
But throughout this time she could only dedicate one day a week to the operation, because she still had other work in the unit to do, the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) was told.
