Another First!!!


In a shocking turn of events, the California en banc parole board approves by a majority to continue the matter to next month’s executive board meeting.


MCNEAL, RODNEY P80613 Governor-referred pursuant to Penal Code section 3041.1 Sentencing Court: San Bernardino

Motion: Continue the matter to next month’s executive board meeting to consider the concerns cited in the Governor’s referral letter dated August 11, 2022, and new information under California Code of Regulations, title 15, section 2451.

Motion by: Purcell

Second by: Sharrieff

Not Present: Cassady, Chappell, Kozel, Long, Minor, Muniz, Schneider, Sullivan, Taira Abstained: Garland, Weiss

Decision: Motion approved by a majority of the commissioners present. 


This means that every letter, every signature, every comment in support of my mother and sister’s justice mattered!! 


Although this was not a denial of parole, this was not a grant so we will take this as a WIN!!!  We get to fight another day and bring even more people to the public hearing.


Now is the time to keep collecting emails and signatures so when we go back to the board in October they will have no other choice but to SEE US!
