After 8 hours, the verdict back was..... a Very Rare Split Decision. It is now about to go up to the Interior Board of 16 Commissioners. This won't happen till October 20 2020. From there, they will either decide in favor for granting parole or the 3 Year Denial.

I was told to keep a realistic mind that he would be granted parole but to get this is actually a win. We got more time to present new evidence to the case and to bring more media attention!!! Keep with the virtual protest, keep sharing the petition. Its working!!!
