Yesterday was the last day to send a letter to the Board of Commission. At first, I felt defeated. Until I saw the Change.org petition. 3,700+ Supporters and 25 PAGES worth of reasons why "Rodney Patrick McNeal needs to stay where he belongs... Behind Bars".
