It is a real issue that women can use our family justice system to attack, discredit and lie upon their ex in order to keep the other parent from seeing their kids. This has to stop!

In his book ‘The Respondent’, Greg Ellis alludes to the family justice system as a cartel. I agree 1000%. The family justice system has the power to dictate who can see their children and when they get to see them.

Husband's ex-wives all over the country are using the family justice system for manipulation and control. They see their mother do the same thing to their father. They are best friends who also did the same thing to their husbands, which is a cause for real concern.

My husband’s ex is a felon whereas my husband is not. She has more than one felony whereas my husband does not have any. Ms. Ex has also spent time incarcerated at which time she had given custody of their children to her mother and her step-father. My husband should have been the first person who was given custody of their children, however, this was not the case.
There are a lot of men who are forced into homelessness when the ex files to divorce him and take his children away. At the time, some men simply have no access to the real world, therefore, making them unable to defend themselves from lies and manipulation.

Are all husband’s saints? Absolutely not.  Mine will be the first to admit that he made mistakes.

In a lot of cases, the men feel hopeless and defeated. If they don’t have money to defend themselves then they see that as their lives being over. In my husband’s case, it took him a few years before he decided to fight for his rights as a father. He had no idea that he had rights. I have made it my mission to show him that he is capable of turning his life around for the better. It was then that he decided to try and fight for his rights as a father and for visitation with his children.  The scare tactics by his ex will not work.  She has caused enough damage.

What the family justice system is allowing to happen to not just my husband, but many other men in the United States is a disgrace. We cannot change the past but we can change the way the family justice system treats men who have a desire to be there for their children but are being manipulated by certain individuals. It's been six years since my husband has been able to see his daughters and although part of the blame is on him, it is clear that his punishment is mainly due to the hideous way the family justice system fails. These judges get to dictate when a man is able to see his kids... even when a man has made positive changes in his life and should be deemed good enough to see his kids.

The family justice system is nothing more than a dysfunctional cartel that sides with the one who chooses manipulation and lies without the common decency to investigate and ask proper questions of the men. I know in many cases the father will be intimidated standing in front of the court without an attorney. The judge in my husband's case didn’t even give him a chance to speak. That happens often in many cases when the judge has a god complex.

Enough is enough! And someone needs to fight for the rights of the men who have made great strides to be better, healthy, and have a desire to father and co-parent.
It is sad and extremely disturbing to know that murderers, sex offenders, thieves, and pedophiles have more rights than fathers who have made some ill judgments in their marriages, may have been born with a mental illness, or whatever their particular situation maybe can simply have everything taken by men and women of the courts who don’t even take the time to see a human being.

PLEASE sign this petition to make changes to how the family justice system works.  Right now the family justice system deems fit to break up families, leaving kids to be lied to, coached, and allowed to believe the other parent is some kind of monster who doesn't care about them.

Our family justice system has no problem with rewarding or incentivizing parents who have a proven track record for instigating lies. It is a proven statistic that far more men who are fathers commit suicide after losing their children through the family justice system. In fact, men who are fathers are eight times more likely to kill themselves than their counterparts. That means that for every one child who loses their mother to suicide, eight more will lose their father to the same scenario.

Men all over the United States are being brutalized and raped by the family justice system every day.  That’s why I have chosen to advocate on behalf of the men who have children. My hope is that all wives of men dealing with the same thing, or similar, will be brave enough to stand up and fight.

Men who have to been subjected to the brutality, lies, and manipulation of their ex-partners and the family justice system deserve justice. It's not just the men who suffer, but also their current spouse and most horribly, their children.

I want to be very clear. I am by no means stating in this petition that it’s only the women or the mothers who lie. For personal reasons, I have decided to advocate on behalf of the men because that’s my right as a wife, a daughter, stepmother, and a mother.

Let's remember, God is the ultimate judge, not man or woman.

The law makers need to listen and take action!
