Denied

Hi Everyone,

We appreciate the love and support, you are keeping Marcus strong in his fight to come home. Unfortunately, he has been denied by the judge hear his new issues in his appeal process. He has now been forced into the next step of his appeal, which is in the hands of the 9th circuit Court of Appeals.
