Madera Community Hospital has served Madera County for 50 years. With the hardships of COVID and rising costs the hospital is facing closure. The closure of this not for profit hospital will be devastating to our community. It would require Madera county citizens to drive at least 30 minutes to the nearest hospital for care. In an emergency, those minutes can mean the difference between saving a life. Madera county needs this hospital to continue to provide care to the people of this community.
