Solomon Mhlangu road is in a sorry, disgraceful state. This road belongs to Gauteng Province and, although the upkeep thereof is exercised by the city of Tshwane, this can only be done on instruction from Gauteng Province and with budget provided from Guateng Province.

The DA will submit this petition to the Gauteng Provincial Legislature to hold them to account on the gross negligence of their duty in keeping this road safe.
