Members of the Save Woodside Ferry Terminal Action Group, today met with Councillor Liam Robinson, Chair of Merseytravel and his officers. We had a positive and open discussion about potential ways forward that will reduce operating costs and increase revenue at Woodside Ferry Terminal. We will now establish a working group with Merseytravel and interested parties that will include potential developers, and continue to work together and secure a sustainable future for Woodside Ferry Terminal. Councillor Jean Stapleton, spokesperson for the group, said “I’m very pleased with the way the meeting went this morning.
