Overwhelmed by global support for our campaign 💪🏼

It only took us one week to reach 3k signatures. Almost 3x the number of people mailshotted by Sefton Council in their minuscule consultation.

We have support from Oregon to Durban to Sidney to Reykjavik and thank you for that.

Please spread the word, and keep sharing, we don’t want to lose momentum and need something substantial to present at the end of this, should we ever get that far.

We also have a Facebook page - search Southport Civic Society - and are always looking for likeminded people to join us.

No intelligent species destroys its own home in the name of ‘development.’
