With as many signatures as possible, we will help Garden Grove City Council realize a change of the zoning code for Main Street is very well supported and not a slippery slope.

Garden Grove Main Street is in need of change. Black Umbrella Art Studio will bring much needed culture. A traditional Art Gallery with a Tattoo Studio is the kind of business needed to start this change. The opposition is holding tight that tattooed people are not the type they want on Main Street and the tattoo lifestyle is a fade. We are already there. Why not benefit from the business it will create. 

The culture of tattoos has changed drastically since the zoning codes were created. If you agree that Garden Grove should amend the zoning code for Main Street to allow an art gallery/tattoo studio to operate please sign this petition.
