So, Many people loose money by getting scamed every day on steam. The Steam support can't do anything against it, because it could have been "avoideable". 

And eventhough every scam is avoideable, why does it happen so often? Because we it's very improbable that we can check every detail about every trade we make. The steam support should be able to help people, who loose money. But because they are prohibited by Valve, this doesn't happen at the moment. This affects any member of the steam community.

Many Profiles that are involved in scamming, are already detected and trade banned. So if they are detectable, why can't the trades done by these profiles be reversed? The reason why Valve stopped refunding items was due to duplication. So, my Idea would be to make the support reverse trades instead of duplicating the scammed items. The Items wouldn't be traded many times at that point, since they would be trade banned for a week as soon as the scammer got them. So the point that the items could be at a totaly different account is fake news.

THIS Petition exists, so that people can finally change something about the scamming problem of steam.
