Pothole issue on levernside and linthaugh

@fixmystreeet @fixmystreeets on twitter. Given that those 2 ways ARE OUR ONLY OPTION - Wer'e having to play "Dodge the pothole" umpteen times a day lol! Though... it ain't really funny ;/ road surface a joke because traffic forced these ways ! Cattle being herded and the roads as a result have potholes u could lose whole wheel in so deep! Snapped wheel axles a real danger they so massive!
