1980'li yıllardan bu yana açık yeşil alan olarak kullanılan ve afet anında tüm Göktürk Mahallesi'nin "afet toplanma alanı" olarak belirlenmiş Kemerköy Sitesi içindeki yeşil alanları korumaya çalışıyoruz!

Çevre Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı, afet anında toplanabilecek alan olarak gösterdiği bu alanları, tam da buna hizmet etmesi gereken 6306 s. Afet Riski Altındaki Alanların Dönüştürülmesi Hakkında Kanun uyarınca Nisan 2022 de "Rezerv Yapı Alanı" ilan etmiştir. Rezerv Yapı Alanı, deprem riski altındaki alanlara alternatif oluşturmak için “rezerve edilen” alanlardır. Oysa Bakanlık bu alanda betonlaşmanın yolunu açarken, doğayı, yeşili yok ederek Göktürk'ün tek deprem toplanma alanları olan hakkını geri almaya çalışmaktadır. 

Ne acıdır ki afet anında insanların toplanma, barınma ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek bir alan, yine afet için çıkarılmış ancak amacına hizmet etmeyen bir kanun ile yok edilmeye, lüks konutlar için arsa haline getirilmeye çalışılmaktadır.

We have launched this petition in order to protect the green areas of Kemer Köy Village, which has been used as an open green space since the 1980s, and is the designated gathering area of ​​the entire Göktürk District in case of any forms of disaster!

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change claims these areas as areas that can be used by the Göktürk town in the event of a disaster, 6306 p. However, a new law has been created for these areas to be known as now "Reserve Building Areas” in April 2022, in accordance with the Law on Transformation of Areas at Disaster Risk.

These Reserve Building Areas are now areas that are “reserved” for concretization. The Ministry has formed a new law that gives the right to build on this piece of protected green land. However, it is Göktürk's right to claim this area to be its earthquake gathering areas, protecting the large piece of green land that is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna.

It is a pity that an area, that can meet the gathering and sheltering needs of the entire Göktürk town in the event of a disaster, will be destroyed by the permission of a new law that promotes the land to be built on. This law allows for the building of new luxury houses in this green area, solely for the purpose of making money and selling new real estate!
