Amoowigamig public washroom petition: our petition makes the news

A story about this petition by reporter Emma Honeybun (in photo) is in today's Winnipeg Free Press. Thank you all for making this happen.
Most importantly, Ms. Honeybun spoke with people who depend on this facility and are hurt by its limited hours. She wrote:
The facility is more crowded in the summer, according to several people in the area, but it still generates a crowd in winter months...
'That’s the only option we have, and then if it’s closed, I don’t know,' said Andrew Brown, who regularly relies on the service...
Robert said he currently lives on an upper floor of a nearby shelter and it doesn’t normally let people in to use the bathroom at night. 'Yeah, it should be 24 (hours). I thought it was going to be a 24-hour thing,' he said...
Around the facility, the snow is coloured with faded human waste from nights when it’s closed.
