PLEASE keep promoting and sharing this petition! It is a small effort to support behavioral/mental health counselor and therapist wellbeing. There are too many fee-for-service and contractor job positions than available full-time job positions with benefits for counselors and therapist that work for companies or organizations.

Are behavior/mental health workers as essential as physical/medical health workers?

Counselors and therapists caseloads are overloaded with clients experiencing traumatic symptoms from COVID -19 pandemic events. Without affordable medical benefits where does the counselor and therapist go for service?
