Our kids are being left out of this future not because of a lack of talent, but because of a lack of access. They are growing up in survival mode, forced to make split-second decisions in environments where pride and trauma can mean life or death. Too often, these moments end in violence, pain, and generational scars.

The science is clear:

 It makes impulsive reactions more likely and rational decision-making harder.
Emotional intelligence (EI) can be taught. Skills like self-awareness, self-control, and empathy can prevent violence, improve decision-making, and unlock leadership.
