From Parbhani, Maharashtra to the World: As a BA Final Year Student, I Demand 100% Porn Ban at ISP & VPN Level for All Age Groups

Respected Sir/Madam,

 

I am writing this petition from *Parbhani, a small district in Maharashtra, India.* I am a *Final Year BA Arts student.* What I am seeing in my village, in my city, and on the internet is the same - our young generation is being destroyed.

 

This is not just a problem of Mumbai or Delhi. In Parbhani also, every child with a Rs. 5000 mobile and a free VPN can access porn. This proves that this is a problem of every village in every country of the world.

 

*Why I am demanding a ban for ALL AGE GROUPS - From Children to Elderly:*

 

People say it should be banned only for children. I disagree. In Parbhani, I have seen:

- 12-year-old children addicted.

- 25-year-old youth unable to study or work.

- 50-year-old adults destroying their families.

 

If we ban it only for children, VPN will give it to them anyway. So, like tobacco and drugs, it must be banned for *ALL AGE GROUPS - No Exception.*

 

*My Global Demands:*

 

1. *Global ISP Blocking:* The UN and ITU must issue a mandatory order to all ISPs in all countries (Jio, Airtel in India, and others worldwide) to block pornographic content at the root DNS level.

 

2. *Global VPN Blocking:* All VPN companies in the world must be legally bound to implement the UN Global Block-List. If they don't, their license should be cancelled in all 195 countries.

 

3. *One World, One Rule:* There should be one central list maintained by ITU, followed by every nation from India to America, from Parbhani to New York.

 

I have already raised this issue with the Government of India through CPGRAMS (Ministry of Electronics & IT, File Under Process with Shri Ritesh Kumar Sahu, Scientist-D).

 

As a student from Parbhani, Maharashtra, I now appeal to the world.
