Respected Sir/Madam,
I, *Yogesh Manjramkar, resident of Parbhani, Maharashtra, India,* a believer in Ahinsa Parmo Dharma, am submitting this forensic, science and Dharma based petition. I respect all human beings equally. This petition is NOT against any person or community. This petition is against a *LEGAL IDEOLOGY* which I believe is harmful for natural order, ethics and future generations.
*SECTION 1: ABSTRACT & INTENT*
I appeal for a global review and ban on legal promotion of LGBT ideology in education, media and marriage laws, and to protect the Natural Family System (Mother-Father-Child).
*SECTION 2: VEDIC & DHARMIC FORENSIC EVIDENCE*
1. Manusmriti 3:78 - Natural family is the foundation of Grihastha Ashram, which sustains all society.
2. Bhagavad Gita 16:1-3 describes natural divine qualities. Family based on Purush-Prakriti balance is divine creation.
3. Principle of Ahinsa: Only natural reproduction sustains Ahinsa. Any system which separates pleasure from natural responsibility breaks the cycle of Dharma.
*SECTION 3: BIOLOGICAL FORENSIC EVIDENCE*
1. Human reproduction is biologically complementary - XY and XX system is designed for procreation. WHO ICD defines natural reproductive health based on male-female union.
2. Medical science confirms child needs both maternal and paternal epigenetic contribution for stable development. No artificial system can 100% replicate it.
3. Natural law: Only male-female union can create new life without third-party intervention or medical exploitation.
*SECTION 4: PSYCHOLOGICAL & CHILD RIGHTS FORENSIC EVIDENCE*
1. American Psychological Association and multiple longitudinal studies show child development is most stable when raised by biological mother and father in low-conflict family.
2. Child Rights Convention Article 7: Every child has right to know and be cared for by his or her parents. Natural family protects this right.
3. Early exposure to sexual ideology in schools creates identity confusion and anxiety in children aged 5-14 as per child psychology reports.
*SECTION 5: SOCIOLOGICAL & ETHICAL FORENSIC EVIDENCE*
1. Family is the smallest unit of society. When family structure weakens, divorce, old-age abandonment and population imbalance increase - seen in data of countries where natural family laws were diluted.
2. Bharatiya Sanskar system is based on Pitra-Rin, Matru-Rin. Natural family only can fulfill these duties. This protects old-age care and ethical continuity.
3. Promotion of such laws in media creates social pressure on youth and disrespects religious freedom of billions who believe in natural Dharma.
*SECTION 6: LEGAL FORENSIC EVIDENCE*
My demand is legal and constitutional:
1. Article 25 of Indian Constitution protects my right to practice and preach my Dharma which teaches natural family.
2. UN Declaration of Human Rights Article 16(3) says: "The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State." Natural family means mother-father-child.
3. Therefore I request protection of my religious and ethical right to support natural family law.
*FINAL APPEAL*
I humbly appeal for:
1. Global ban on mandatory promotion of LGBT ideology in school curriculum and children's media.
2. Protection of laws that define marriage as natural union of man and woman for purpose of family protection.
3. Creation of a Global Natural Family Protection Policy under UN based on Ahinsa, Ethics and Child Rights.
4. Freedom of speech for people like me who support natural ethics without being labelled as hateful.
I repeat, I have love and respect for all humans. My objection is to a legal system, not to any person. I believe in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam with Ahinsa.
