Hi everyone!
We are now less than two weeks away from the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony on August 6.
Last Tuesday, the City of Hiroshima announced that it plans to review the criteria for inviting foreign government representatives to the August 6 Peace Memorial Ceremony, which is now limited to countries. However, the announcement was to be considered for next year's 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing. The genocide of Palestinians by Israel is happening now, not next year. In response to the current stance of the City of Hiroshima, not only Japan but also the world has pointed out that it is a double standard (CNN).
There is still much we can do.
