We have incredible news to share. The Connecticut Supreme Court has granted Ismail’s petition for certification, meaning the highest court in the state will hear his appeal from the judgment of the Appellate Court.

This is a rare and powerful step forward. Certification is not often granted, which makes this development even more significant. It means that the Court recognizes the importance of the issues raised in Ismail’s case — issues that go beyond one person, touching on fairness, justice, and accountability in our legal system.
