On May 16th, 2023 Judge Bruce Schroeder sentenced Zachariah Anderson to a life term for first degree intentional homicide with the possibility of extended supervision after serving 40 years. 

Along with life, Judge Schroeder also sentenced Zach to two years in prison followed by two years of extended supervision for each of the two counts of stalking and six years in prison and five years supervision for hiding a corpse. 

Zach of innocent of all charges and our fight to prove his innocence continues. 

The fact remains there is zero physical evidence connecting Zach to the disappearance of Mr. Gutierrez jr. 

Prosecutorial Misconduct is the leading factor in the wrongful conviction of Zachariah Anderson. Zach is not the first victim of Kenosha’s DA Michael Gravely and if we don’t stand up against this injustice he will not be the last. Collectively we CAN make a difference.
