On 4-4-25 ADA Maddy Coffey entered a motion to strike Tyesha's application for resentence. (A motion to strike means to throw the entire application out) – her reasoning was the application was over the page limit.

On 4-11-25 the motion to strike was granted by Judge Stallings.

On 4-23-25 Colleen McCarty filed Tyesha's amended application for resentencing.
