Free Sheba was only a partial victory. Thanks to all the signatures and all the free time ALOT of people donated(several lawyers) and Barbara(qween bee), who orchestrated much of what Pepe does, even today, Sheba's life was spared. So instead of Pepe traveling 45 mins 3 days a week for three 15 min. visits with Sheba, he has to travel to Kanab Utah. There he has to book a motel for however many days he will stay, food and fuel expenses and then he gets (2) hour and a half visits a day. Thats it. This dude is 82? And Sheba is 12 almost 13? Sheba is a plesent dog. She has not ONE vicious cell in her. She's actually fairly timid. She crys when he gets there, and she crys when he leaves. Its a rather heart breaking event. Everyone crys when he's leaving at the end of his stay. Because nobody knows when or even if he'll be able to return. I know this because im his driver. I wish i knew how to reach all the people that signed this petition. But i dont. I would appreciate any help. So would Pepe. So would Sheba. Time is running out. Pepe knows he doesn't have many years left. Nor does Sheba. Sure would be nice to see them together one last time.
