So the San Bernardino County supervisors decided to send Sheba to a shelter/rescue in Utah. This way, Pepe, the person who raised Sheba since she was 8 weeks old, will probably never get to see his dog again. Way to go supervisors. That solves everything. All they were concerned about was getting sued over a dog bite from a dog who has never bittin anyone. POLITICIANS!!!! Anyway, this app calls this a victory, but that's not how I see it.
