Free Public Transport For Under-25s & Low Income Residents (UK)

Free Public Transport For Under-25s & Low Income Residents (UK)
The Issue
PUBLIC TRANSPORT (busses, tubes etc.) across the uk should be free & accessible to those who are under 25, unemployed or both.
Bus and tubes fares can rack up when travelling to work, to visit family or any other typical social activity, and can cause financial difficulties among young people and those who are unemployed.
Jobs are very difficult to come by nowadays, but that shouldn’t render the public unable to access public transport and make their lives more difficult. Even those who are employed and on minimal wage will feel the financial strain that these fees cause, as the cost of living has made it more difficult to budget your living expenses.
We pay loads of tax money every year, so it should be used for the greater good. A clear example of this would be to assist the public with their day-to-day lives, and provide them with free public transport for their everyday needs.
