The Board of Directors silenced and removed Dr. Karen Thomas as a director and Allison Hedgecoth as Secretary.

Dr. Karen Thomas (the 2nd most significant donor to Noah’s Ark) has been silenced and told we don’t need you.

They also voted Lynn Henkel as the new secretary without any discussion. She was allowed to vote for herself while Dr. Thomas was not.

Neither Dr Thomas nor Allison could speak even after multiple board members motioned to hear from them.
