After the #1 Animal Caregiver (Allison Hedgecoth) was suspended due to rescuing animals against the Presidents wishes, the long-time veterinarian/Director withdrew her services due to liability and safety concerns. 

Dr. Karen Thomas, along with a few other Directors, have repeatedly requested information concerning financials. Chairman Glenn Ross continues to ignore the request to be transparent.   

BOD called an advanced emergency meeting to remove Allison Hedgecoth as the Board of Directors Secretary and to remove Dr. Karen Thomas as a Director. 

We demand the following:

• Transparency of due diligence in the hiring of President Shelly Lakly. 
• Stop spending donated dollars to oust Founding Family, the Hedgecoths. 
• Stop retaliating against dissenting Directors seeking their removal.
• Move away from ego-driven leadership and place safety as #1 priority.
