Today I was able to file a civil rights violation complaint with DHHS. I informed them of his having his Bible removed from him. And of other rights violations. I hope it helps. 

Our cousins tried to visit Joshua today but we're informed they would have to go through DSS. So they didn't get to see him.

I was informed by nursing that he was taken outside briefly and that he sat in a chair for a couple hours.  He wasn't eating for nursing today. But he did drink his thickened cranberry. 

When I called he was under his blanket resting.
