FuQuan is Home and Fully Exonerated!

On October 14, 2025 Rickey "FuQuan" McGee walked out of Suffolk Superior Courthouse with his family and friends beside him as a FREE MAN!

28 years wrongfully incarcerated no longer. 

THANK YOU to every single person that signed this petition, reposted his story, showed up to court, wrote a letter, any and every means of support you provided made this happen. The power of advocacy is a living testimony in FuQuan's life. The self advocacy he portrayed in his resilience, led to the discovery of over 10,000 pages of newly discovered evidence that proved his innocence to be truth, which led to the Suffolk County's District Attorney's office dropping all charges against him and fully exonerating his of the wrongful conviction.
