On this Thursday, October 30th, 2025, the Home Depot case will be at the Stephens County Courthouse at 9:00AM. This is your opportunity to defend free speech, and all you have to do is show up! Your warm body at the courthouse will show the police-state that you've had enough repression of your right to speak.

As you know, bad-cop Dondi Nelson and the Unlucky 13 chased down, crashed, and then severely beat local church Elder Justin Freeman in the Home Depot parking lot for criticizing them, but now Elder Freeman, the victim, is facing decades behind bars. On Thursday, the court will hold a hearing to determine whether Freeman had a right to self-defense against an unlawful traffic stop.

We expect that several officers will testify, and that the court will see never-before seen video!
