Dear Supporters, so much has happened since Daniel Holtzclaw's appeal of his wrongful conviction was filed on Feb. 1, 2017.

Please send your name and email address to freedanielholtzclaw@gmail.com if you would like to be added to our email list. We will NOT spam or share your information.
Michelle Malkin with CRTV is staying on top of all the recent events in Daniel's case. She has been given a platform to speak about the case weekly on the Pat Campbell Show KFAQ 1170 Tulsa, OK and recently on Stefan Molyneaux's radio show.
We are also thrilled to announce that Michelle Malkin's NEW SEGMENT on the Daniel Holtzclaw case will premiere on Saturday, September 9th, 2017, at 10 a.m. in Enid, Oklahoma. Please stay tuned for additional details.
More light is being shed on recent mind-boggling secret hearings about DNA evidence concerns in the Holtzclaw case.
Oklahoma law professor Randall Coyne responded to all the secrecy in Daniel's case by publishing an op-ed in The Oklahoman entitled “Why the Secrecy with Holtzclaw Filings?” You can view his article at: http://newsok.com/article/5559842
The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals then unsealed court documents that reveal the subject of the secret hearings: the personnel records of the Oklahoma City Police Department forensic analyst, Ms. Elaine Taylor, who analyzed DNA data and testified incorrectly in Daniel's trial.
Ms. Taylor retired just days after the Feb. 1st, 2017, due date on which Daniel's attorneys submitted his appeal brief exposing her forensic science errors.
But no journalist is able to give a full accounting of her personnel issues because the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals has not released the transcript of the secret hearings. Even Daniel himself has not been allowed to see the transcript.
Other news is that Professor Randall Coyne was joined by attorney J. Christian Adams in requesting that the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals accept their Amicus brief about how mob rule deprived Daniel of a fair trial. Sadly, the Court refused to accept their Amicus brief. In response, the attorneys released their mob rule Amicus brief to the public: http://michellemalkin.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Coyne_Adams-AC-brief-2.pdf
Finally, Brian Bates continues to be a bulldog of an advocate revealing the injustices in Daniel’s wrongful conviction.
We need to keep the pressure on and make a loud enough noise so that there is no other outcome than justice. Please continue to share and post about Daniel’s case on social media! Thank you for lending your voice to help #FreeDanielHoltzclaw.
