My partner and father of 3 Christian Clarke  was champion althlete, supported his community and he has  helped those in need often. He has Wilson’s disease which is very rare. 
Wilson’s Disease is a rare genetic illness which hits you later in life, 1 in 30 thousand people have it worldwide.

his body can’t excrete copper naturally so from birth the copper has been building, building and building mainly in brain, liver and eyes  

 Sadly he has been unlawfully detained for quite sometime with no rights to proper care or treatment or rehabilitation to help improve his condition, still after 7years from diagnosis

HE HAS NOT SEEN A WILISONS DOCTOR OR SPECIALIST IN THIS FIELD OF EXPERTISE

to top off he was put under a temporary low section due unclear at the time but partial brain damage and bad reaction to medication

He is even being held even though he is not on any psychotics only  just his condition of Wilson’s disease and the lack of knowledge of this condition is the brain damage arguably more neurological condition  which needs neurological rehabilitation or specialist input rather than being detained without this

Sadly he does have environmental depression (DUE TO THE HOSPITAL ) which is no surprise for the HELL he has been through defending of mental Unwell patients, staff physically hurting him, refusing to help or listen  he has been told he was self harming from eating chocolate only 3 celerbrations they argued this was enough to keep him under section… REALLY ask yourselves how would you feel in this situation or if u had loved one in this situation?

He has never been fed properly since diagnosis, this is barbaric basic human need to be fed and had fluids and this is a daily battle we’re not talking days years 7years battling, he sufferers with dysphasia and requires dysphasia diet which the hospital CANT PROVIDE due to risk of copper in the meals risking his health further even risking DEATH

for his very rare condition that wasn’t found until damage was done. And left him nearly dead

everyday he battles being  thankful he is alive but not for him to be held back and go through what he does daily this makes him question why, “why me?”

once this all happened no help to see his children even though he went to court and won rights to see them regularly it’s heartbreaking nobody will listen or help they see mental health orsection and look the other way even people taken over his care has said he should call police they don’t listen to him (and he is speech impaired) but they even told me “we don’t get involved or do welfare checks on anyone in mental health hospital or care even when reported starving him 11days  straight and he was coughing up blood the hospital and police did nothing, just continuously complaining to hospital manager, MP, HR etc 

he was supposed to be dishcharged but nobody advocating his rights even though he has full capacity, purely down to money and lack of willingness to even move him to neurological rehab unit until able to improve damage done from the condition that was FAILED in finding in time hence suffered brain damage, dystonia, dysphasia, he was told he shouldn’t be alive he couldn’t walk still struggles or even move a finger he has self brought back himself to where he is now 

he has been physically, mentally and emotionally abused whilst in the placement and left days without proper medication or food even water ( he requires ONLY bottle  due to his condition and risks of copper in tap water)

he is wheelchair user and high falls risk he tends to fall over handful of times a day his condition means he is extremely clumsy no fault of his own but with no rails to support him he falls regularly everyday is a battle the hospital he is in is not wheelchair accessible has NO wheelchair user policy 

all he wants is to be with family, be fed,  get right neuro input and physiotherapy correct dietary needs met and all this is not happening where he is and enjoy what time he has which could be very positive if his condition is treated with right preventative methods and relevant physical rehabilitation 

please sign the petition or share to fight for this to be brought to the right authorities to help advocate for him to get his human rights back and seek proper services and get quality of life back 

rather than feel imprisoned not just by his illness by the hospital
