To: School District Leadership, Board of Education, and Athletic Administration
We, the undersigned parents, student-athletes, alumni, community members, and supporters, stand united in expressing our support for our head football coach and the positive impact he continues to make on our young men, our school, and our community.
Football is more than just wins and losses. It is about leadership, mentorship, accountability, discipline, character, and preparing young men for life beyond the game.
A great coach does more than develop athletes. He becomes a mentor, a father figure, a role model, and a consistent source of encouragement for students who need guidance both on and off the field.
We recognize the countless hours, personal sacrifices, and unwavering commitment that go into building a successful football program. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, where coaches help student-athletes navigate academic challenges, personal struggles, and everyday obstacles.
We believe the true measure of a coach is not determined solely by the scoreboard, but by the lives he impacts, the relationships he builds, and the young men he helps develop.
Through this petition, we respectfully ask district leadership to:
Recognize the positive contributions and impact of our head football coach.
Consider the voices and experiences of student-athletes, parents, alumni, and community members.
Ensure that any decisions regarding the leadership of our football program are approached with FAIRNESS, transparency, and and COMPLETE understanding of the circumstances.
Support the continued growth, stability, and positive direction of our football program.

We stand together because we believe in leadership that extends beyond football. We believe in mentorship, accountability, opportunity, and the power of positive influence.
